
To get the right answers, the saying goes, you need to ask the right questions. Taking ownership of several key questions helped leading print management software vendor PrintFleet evolve from a comfortably successful business in 2003 to its current status as an international leader, managing more than 2.2 billion pages monthly.Those key questions, however, were initially ones PrintFleet left to its customers.
President and CEO Norm McConkey explains, "We felt we had built a solid print management system with PrintFleet. We noticed when we did presentations, we'd get customers excited and on board. But once the information started coming into them from our software, the customer was like 'What do I do with this?' Eventually, we realized that if we wanted print management to really take off, we had to address our customers' questions so they could leverage the information that came in through a PrintFleet system."
