Like a ripple on a pond, the results of Recharger Magazine’s annual Service, Maintenance and Repair Survey may very well reflect the impact of other imaging industry trends.
The SMR Survey, taken online by 88 respondents, attempts to document the service trends of the imaging industry aftermarket. Respondents on average have been in business for 10 years and respondents who do provide a form of service have been doing so for a little more than seven years.
