Effective immediately, Automated Business Products will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Americas Corporation and be known as Automated Business Products – A Ricoh Company. Lee Christensen, president of ABP and Mike Archer, CFO will remain in their current positions and have day-to-day responsibility for all sales, service and administrative operations. Additionally, Christensen and Archer will be responsible for Ricoh Business Solutions (RBS), operations in Salt Lake City and will work to integrate these operations over the next few months.
“Automated Business Products provides Ricoh a local expertise in the Salt Lake City market with a professionalism that has been gained through their years as an excellent dealership,” said Kirk Yoshida, chairman and CEO of Ricoh Americas Corporation. “Lee Christensen and Mike Archer have worked diligently to make Automated Business Products a successful dealership and will bring these same qualities as a member of the Ricoh Group,” Yoshida added.

Automated Business Products was founded in 1999 and has 63 employees.
