Canon Merges Business Solutions Subsidiaries

To better leverage the strength and expertise of its family of Canon
Business Solutions subsidiaries, Canon U.S.A., Inc, announced the
establishment of Canon Business Solutions, Inc. The new Canon Business
Solutions, Inc., results from the merger of Canon Business
Solutions-East, Inc., Canon Business Solutions-Central, Inc., and Canon
Business Solutions-West, to form one corporate entity.
The
formation of Canon Business Solutions, Inc., is the culmination of a
year-long initiative to streamline internal processes and integrate
best practices across all functional areas of the company to better
serve and meet the growing needs of customers locally, regionally and
nationally. Canon Business Solutions, Inc., will continue to operate in
the regions of the former Canon Business Solutions East, Central and
West subsidiaries.

operationally integrate the Canon Business Solutions family of
companies in a coordinated and consistent manner," said Joe Adachi,
