Future Graphics/Delacamp to be Exclusive Distributor of MK Imaging OPC Drums and Toner

February 17, 2006

Future Graphics/Delacamp, partners and global leaders in the distribution of quality imaging supplies and components, announced an exclusive relationship with Mitsubishi Kagaku Imaging Corporation (MKIC), the world’s largest independent developer and manufacturer of organic photoconductor (OPC) drums and toner, for the purpose of being the sole distributors of its new branded line of products, which will be sold under the name MK Imaging.

“We are introducing the MK Imaging brand to assure our loyal customers that they are purchasing and using products developed and manufactured by MKIC,” said Toshio Nakai, CEO of MKIC. “By specifying the MK Imaging brand when ordering your OPC and toner products, you can be confident that you will get the same high-quality products that you have used and trusted for years.”

“Without a doubt, we expect the partnership of Future Graphics, Delacamp and MKIC to position us as unrivaled industry leaders in the distribution of timely, quality imaging supplies,” said Robert Goldstein, president, Future Graphics.

“This partnership brings together the hands-on remanufacturing expertise of FG/Delacamp with the highly technical group in the labs of MKIC,” continued Lionel Brown, COO, Future Graphics. “Forging a relationship with the preeminent manufacturer of OPCs and toner once again demonstrates our commitment to be a technical leader and to deliver the highest quality products available in our industry.”

Future Graphics/Delacamp are now the world’s exclusive distributor of superior MK Imaging branded products and will stock and ship all MK Imaging OPC drums and toner.

“On the laser side of our business we have always strived to offer matched systems that enable us to guarantee specific, quantifiable performance criteria,” said Luke Goldberg, senior VP of sales and marketing. “Clearly, toner and drums are the two most critical elements of the system and MKIC, as the largest, most technically advanced producer of OPC drums and toners, is ideally suited to offer leading-edge systems of the highest quality for pre-existing and new printer technology. We are excited to work with MKIC and fully expect that our already fast-paced release of new products will be greatly enhanced by the technical support from MKIC, the leader in OPC and toner development.”

MKIC operates five plants with product development centers — all dedicated to the development and production of the aftermarket industry’s highest quality OPC drums and toner.

Future Graphics/Delacamp possess a combined 23,000 square feet in four separate, state-of-the-art labs; two dedicated to laser, one to chips and one to inkjet. The labs are staffed by experienced technical personnel with hands-on remanufacturing experience.

“We believe that our partnership with the most recognized independent producer of OPC drums and toners helps position us as the world’s preeminent distributors of imaging supplies and components for the aftermarket imaging supplies industry,” said Jürgen Nuppenau, president, Delacamp.

“With their capability of matching OPCs and toner within one single organization, MKIC has unparalleled speed of introducing quality products to the market,” continued Volker Kappius, vice president, Delacamp.

“We understand that Future Graphics and Delacamp have a strong reputation for sales and marketing expertise,” said Nakai. “They are very efficient distributors with high technical capability, worldwide market coverage, and have flexible service to support customer needs. We believe that we can provide our high-quality MK Imaging products to our customers with higher satisfaction under this new partnership with Future Graphics and Delacamp.”
